3D Generalist

**Role Summary**: As a 3D Generalist, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed and realistic 3D models and animations for our fitness products. You will collaborate closely with our product design, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure our products are visually compelling and accurately represented.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop 3D models, textures, and animations for fitness products and accessories.
- Work collaboratively with product designers to bring concepts to life in a 3D environment.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance, ensuring they are suitable for use in various mediums, including web, print, and virtual/augmented reality.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of 3D pipelines and workflows.
- Ensure all 3D assets meet project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure our 3D production techniques are cutting-edge.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for product visualization and marketing materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role, preferably in the fitness, sports, or consumer product industries.
- Strong proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar.
- Solid understanding of modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation.
- Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Arnold, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D work, particularly in product design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools and image editing software is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Graphics, Animation, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
