**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the product catalogue on the e-commerce platform, ensuring that all products are accurately listed, and the product information is up-to-date.

2. Work with the product team to develop product attributes, pricing, and promotions that align with the overall business strategy.

3. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery to customers.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that align with the overall business strategy and drive sales.

5. Analyze sales and inventory data to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions.

6. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that we have a reliable supply of products at competitive prices.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, and recommend new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

8. Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

2. At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce category operations, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.

3. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, processes, and systems, including experience with catalogue management, order management, and fulfilment.

4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.

7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

8. Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Notion is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
