Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven **Sales Executive** with prior experience in education and tele-sales. You will be responsible for engaging with incoming leads (warm leads), understanding customer needs, pitching relevant courses, handling objections, and closing sales. This role requires persistence, strong follow-up skills, and a consultative approach to convert prospects into enrolled students.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to leads received via ads, landing pages, or social media.
- Counsel potential students on course offerings and help them choose the right program.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status and daily call logs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for course enrollments.
- Understand product offerings in depth and continuously suggest improvements to pitch strategy.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth post-enrollment experience.
- Share insights and ideas on improving conversion rate and lead nurturing process.
**Key Requirements**:
- **1-2+ years of experience** in tele-sales, preferably in EdTech, coaching institutes, or online course sales.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to convince and convert cold/warm leads.
- Should be target-driven and comfortable working under pressure.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and disciplined with follow-ups.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Background in counseling, academic sales, or EdTech B2C sales.
- Experience in spiritual, astrology, or wellness course sales is a plus.
- Graduates preferred (but not mandatory if skills match).
**Compensation**:
- **Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives**
**Working Hours**:
- 10 AM - 7 PM
- 6-day work week (1 weekday off)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
