**Job Title**: Sales Caller - Course Enrollments
**Location**: Mumbai
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome)
**Reporting To**: Sales Manager / Team Lead
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and confident **Sales Caller** to connect with prospective students and promote our educational courses in Astrology, Palmistry, Tarot, Vastu, and more. Your role will be to make outbound calls, explain course benefits, handle inquiries, and convert leads into enrollments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make daily outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
- Explain course details, faculty, duration, and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Build rapport with callers and answer any questions they may have.
- Follow up with interested leads to convert them into confirmed enrollments.
- Maintain proper call logs and update the CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team when required.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
**Required Skills**:
- Clear and confident verbal communication in **Hindi and English**:
- Basic knowledge of Astrology or Spiritual Studies is a plus (training will be provided)
- Good listening and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and remain positive
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp/Google Sheets/CRM tools
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred
- Prior experience in telecalling / telesales is a plus, but not mandatory
