**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for leading & directing development team
- Coordination with customers & tooling supplier regarding ongoing project
- Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
- Work to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities
- Provide technical leadership and expertise within all operations
- To scrutinize the new enquiries
- Provide quotations for any new product development
- To accept orders and issue order acceptance to the Customers
- To monitor order position on regular basis
- To organize review in case of changes required by customer
- To identify the customer specific requirements and communicate to concern department
- Monitor the all-development activities
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Determines the process for creating a new product
- Performs research in order to determine the best way to produce a particular item
- Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product
- Ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled
- Monitor efficient working of all projects and ensure compliance to project plan. Engineering process knowledge
