**Job Summary**
- Your primary responsibility in this role is to ensure seamless live sports streaming across India and Hotstar International. Your expertise will drive accurate content availability with metadata on our platform. Unleash your creativity by scripting compelling English sports videos, and collaborating with product teams to maximize content visibility. Stay ahead with trends to captivate young sports enthusiasts. You'll track the latest releases, manage daily desk team responsibilities, and use your scriptwriting and digital content creation skills.

- The content team serves as the guardians of the brand's identity and is seeking an energetic & passionate individual who possesses dedication and a strong determination for the role. Your passion for sports, digital savvy, and ability to communicate fresh ideas will shape our dynamic sports content strategy.
**Reporting To **- Associate Executive Producer - Content Insights, Operations & New Format, Disney+ Hotstar
**Key Responsibilities**:
- _ Ensure error-free live sports streaming in India and Hotstar international_
- _ Ensure all relevant content is available on the platform with the correct metadata_
- _ Coming up with ideas for scripting English sports videos_
- _ Co-ordinate with the product/growth team to maximize the visibility of sports content on the platform_
- _ Keep up with the latest trends to capture the attention of the younger sports viewers_
- _ Track the latest sports content - New releases, events, fresh online content etc._
- _ Manage the daily responsibilities of the desk team_
**Skills & Attributes for success**:
- _ Proficiency in script writing and editing in English_
- _ Experience in digital/social content creation_
- _ Interested in creating sports content_
- _ Well-versed in content management software_
- _ Knowledge of what works on digital, experience working with sports streaming platforms, and being able to adapt to emerging trends and formats_
- _ A sports fan who loves to watch content_
- _ Sound digital content judgment, ability to generate new ideas, and communicate the same with the team and other stakeholders_
**Preferred Education & Experience**:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital/social content creation or production
