Job Title: Content Producer Overview:
The Content Producer will play a pivotal role in making sure the team of conference producers is researching key topics and managing a full-cycle conference/ event right from creation to delivery - concept, research, developing agenda, speaker acquisition, and execution.

Key Tasks and responsibilities:

- Suggesting relevant topics for conferences, business communities, etc.
- Talking to senior CXOs on regular basis and building strategic relationships across industries
- Inviting Sr. Leaders directly for various engagements

TEAM KRA
- Conducting extensive online, telephonic and in-person research on the requirement of a target market
- Developing an innovative conference/ event agenda with relevant and inspiring topics
- Driving content creation with compelling and well-researched copy
- Identifying thought/ corporate leaders and putting in place an Advisory Board to guide the program
- Identifying, inviting and acquiring eminent Speakers to create a commercially viable conference
- Competition Mapping
- Networking and building relationships with Speakers and companies
- Working closely with the on-site Events Team including operations, sponsorship sales, delegate sales and marketing divisions to plan, bring to life and deliver successfully memorable conferences/ events
- Has proven experience as a Conference Producer
- Is an impeccable writer with a good command of spoken and written English
- Loves to work in fast-paced environments and has a passion to deliver highly successful conferences/ events with rich content
- Has the ability to manage different projects at a time

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
