- Capability to describe in detail about all the recipes in menu, holding an in-depth knowledge of techniques and technology used.
- Preparing foods, grinding, and blending the coffee beans. Brewing tea and coffee and serving the customers;
- On spot multitasking
- Billing etc.
- Waste and Cost Control, Management
- Following and ensuring proper Grooming Standards.
- Taking feedback and following up on consumers.
- Packaging beverages and food for sale;
- Selling tea and coffee blends and other brewing equipment, also highlighting the differences between each item, also educating the customers about the brewing methods;
- Maintenance of ample supply of on the bar goods like bakery items and beverages.
- Cleaning the dining areas. Restocking work and emptying trash. Also ensuring cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils;
- Learning about the brewing methods, beverage blends food preparation, and the presentation techniques to improve food quality;
- Updating displays and signage to attract customers;
- Taking the inventory and replenishing items at tables, in display cases, or behind the counter;
- Assuring all food safety regulations and all quality controls
- Maintains acceptable amounts of coffee, baked goods and supplies for the bar for ordering coffee, Restock shelves when necessary.
- Routinely cleaning the bar are and grinders
- Completing Daily Reports (SALES /WORK).
- Performs opening and dogne duties.
- Improving the results by studying evaluations, and redressing processes; unplenenans changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar maintain a den organized workspace
- Following the proper sanitation guidelines for all products
- Reporting all employee hazards, irresponsibilities to the head management with integrity and honesty.
- Responsible to recognize as well as reinforce individual team accomplishments
- Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance as well as giving respect in enforcing the tasks.
- Reports potential safety hazards to Store Manager
- Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans
- Replacing other on-field members in case of shortage.
- Ensuring “Good presentation” of food for consumers.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
