Spice Xo Café is a multi-cuisine café offering North Indian, Chinese, Italian, and Continental dishes. We're known for our flavorful food and handcrafted beverages including **shakes, mocktails, cold coffees, and hot coffees**. We’re looking for a passionate **Barista** to join our team and serve memorable drinks with a smile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, shakes, and cold/hot beverages
- Operate coffee machines and blenders with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the beverage station
- Ensure consistent taste and presentation of all drinks
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
- Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering supplies
- Work in coordination with kitchen and service staff

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 5 years of experience as a Barista or beverage handler
- Knowledge of coffee brewing, shake blending, and beverage preparation
- Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure during busy hours
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and speed
