Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruitment & One Time Sales Executive to manage talent acquisition and drive business growth through client acquisition. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of HR and sales skills, who can source and hire top talent while also identifying and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Responsibilities:
Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals, social media, and company websites.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding procedures.

Sales Responsibilities:
** One Time Sales assignment during Training period.**Identify and reach out to potential clients for recruitment services or company products.

Pitch business solutions to clients and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

Track and report on recruitment and sales performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work with team.

Goal-driven with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
