- **WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO CAN WORK THE FIXED NIGHT SHIFT. (8 p.m. to 5 AM)**_

POINT DROP WILL BE AVAILABLE.

**English Communication is a must.**

**Salary range: 15,000-18,000 INR Fixed + Incentive (As per performance)**

**Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in a start-up environment and can take responsibility for growing himself and the organization.
- We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can take ownership of their work to get the end result.
- With quick learning ability, a team player can handle pressure and work in a target-based environment.
- Good communication in the English language, both verbal and written.

**Job role**:

- Need to source resumes.
- Talk to the consultants over the phone to explain the requirements and the market.
- Provide the benefits and let them know about the company's branding.
- Provide the training and placement solution and the paid consulting services information to them.
- Get them closed with the company’s services for employment program.
- Get multiple follow-up calls and convince them to close the deal to bring in revenue.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
