Digital content creator/video editor
- (ThinkRight - Right Brain Development Program)_

Join us at ThinkRight, a pioneering right brain development program inspired by Japanese learning methods, dedicated to nurturing young minds aged 0-7 years, and developing

their memory, intuition, creativity and Empathy (MICE)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, video editing, and content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that supports business goals and aligns with the brand’s voice and tone.
- Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into content.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, focusing on reels and video-making
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools

**Key Competencies**:

- **Content Creation**: Proficient in crafting compelling copy for sessions, showcasing excellent copywriting skills.
- **Interpersonal Abilities**: Exceptional interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships with stakeholders, partners, and speakers.
- **Detail Orientation**: Meticulous attention to detail for ensuring high-quality conference content and execution.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to efficiently juggle multiple projects while maintaining a collaborative and positive attitude.

**Marketing Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote ThinkRight programs.
- Create content for social media platforms, newsletters, lesson plans and other marketing materials.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Preferably a Master’s degree in a relevant field, accompanied by a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- **Experience**: Over 3+ years in content writing & Video Editor, conference production or similar roles, demonstrating expertise in live content development and production.
- **Copywriting Expertise**: Demonstrated ability to craft compelling session descriptions and agendas with a marketable appeal.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effectively articulating complex ideas.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong research and analytical capabilities to identify trends, topics, and speakers relevant to the audience.
- **Organizational Skills**: Impeccable organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects under pressure.

**Location**:Gurgaon Based (must be willing to travel across NCR, and outside if required)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
