Job Description About the Role: As a Content writer, you'll be the custodian of clarity, quality, and creativity across all our content touchpoints. You'll shape narratives, refine messaging, and ensure every piece of content reflects the brand's voice with precision and flair. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure every piece of content aligns with brand standards and is error-free by editing and proofreading for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. - Edit and refine content for clarity, grammar, tone, and style across blogs, websites, emails, and social media platforms. - Develop and maintain content style guides, tone of voice frameworks, and editorial best practices for the team. - Manage a team of freelancers, assign writing tasks, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Collaborate with writers, designers, SEO specialists, and product teams to produce cohesive and compelling content. - Create blog briefs, assign them to freelancers, and provide constructive feedback to help improve their writing quality. - Transform drafts into engaging, audience-focused narratives that elevate the brand's communication. - Conduct fact-checking and perform content research to enhance accuracy and credibility. - Stay updated on industry trends, participate in editorial meetings, and continuously improve editing techniques. - Optimize content for SEO, readability, and brand tone, while assisting with content creation such as blogs, PR articles, and other written materials. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - 12 years of experience as a content writer, editor, copy editor, or in a similar role. - Strong attention to detail with excellent command of grammar, punctuation, structure, and style. - Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments and contribute fresh content ideas. - Proficiency with editing and writing tools such as Grammarly, Hemingway, and content management systems. - Ability to quickly understand new concepts, programs, and brand directions. - Strategic mindset with the ability to think broadly and deeply to ensure content consistency across all scenarios.
