**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and edit healthcare content to ensure accuracy, clarity, coherence, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Conduct fact-checking and verify information to maintain high editorial integrity.
- Rewrite or restructure content as needed to improve readability, flow, and engagement.
- Ensure all content is free from grammatical errors, typos, and inconsistencies.
- Manage multiple editorial projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Develop and implement editorial workflows to optimize efficiency and content delivery.
- Provide constructive feedback to writers and contribute to the professional development of the content team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Managing Editor or Senior Editor, preferably in the healthcare domain or a related field.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare practices, and industry trends.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using editing tools, content management systems, and related software.
**Additional Information**:
