Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement process within an organization. Will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, and implementing efficient procurement processes.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for
- Will be handling order management system.
- Coordinate with the procurement manager for Purchase orders and purchase invoice, creating vendors in the system.
- Monitoring Inventory Management and identifying purchase needs.
- Day to day communication with purchase team related query.
- Coordination with purchase managers for stock follow up and stock confirmation.
- Vendor coordination and maintaining good rapport with direct vendors.

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum graduation or post graduation in any field
- Having minimum experience of minimum 1 year or fresher will also be considered.
- Good knowledge of MS excel & MS word

- Independent problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
