**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum of 3 years of stable experience in customer support or sales.

2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

4. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

7. Graduation is mandatory
