Qualifications/ Experience:


• Graduate or MBA specialized in HR


• 5-9 years of experience in C&B, automation of tools, payroll management across business functions

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Compensation benchmarking with Aon, Mercer and market data mapping for all roles across the organization.
  • Incumbent will be responsible for benefits benchmarking and end to end management of employee benefits to create a strong Employer Value Proposition
  • Identify opportunities for introducing new approaches, improvement and automation in the field of C&B framework viz. payroll and manage implementation
  • Introducing LTIP plans, incentive schemes for functions / departments in the organization
  • Offer fitment design & execution for all functions
    • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation
  • Exposure in HR Compliances
    • Conducting audits on a regular basis and preparing reports
    • Monitor the internal pay ranges, undertake competitive analysis and market trends to provide expert guidance on salary movements, appropriate compensation and grade fitment of new hires and internal movements across all business units/functions of the organization
    • Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
    • Liasoning with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands on working on HR System Application

Preferred Candidate Profile/ Competencies:

  • Excellent operational or SME experience in the payroll and C&B domain with a proven track record in actively being a part of implementing improvements and automation
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, matrixed environment
  • Effective Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Well-versed with Labour Legislation
    • Process improvement mindset, understanding of key operational processes.
  • Strong relationship skills, and Ability to collaborate with stakeholders for effective problem resolution and change management.
  • Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with managers and employees
    • Marked ability to influence policy development and relate work to wider operational needs of the business.
