We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and clients through telephone interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, and provide accurate and timely information.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, resolving product-related issues, and handling general inquiries.
- Utilize company-provided systems and databases to access relevant information and update customer records.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines while adapting to unique customer interactions as needed.
- Escalate complex issues or customer feedback to appropriate departments or supervisors as required.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and company policies to effectively address customer queries.
- Provide solutions that meet customer needs and promote upselling or cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.
- Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Document interactions and relevant information accurately for future reference and reporting purposes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think on your feet.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
