**Position**: KST Supervisor
**Department**: Kitchen Stewarding
**Reports To**: Executive Chef / F&B Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily kitchen stewarding operations ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
- Manage stewarding staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment.
- Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste following hotel and government norms.
- Support kitchen and F&B operations during service to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team for maintenance of dishwashing and other stewarding equipment.
- Uphold brand standards and compliance with HACCP and food safety norms.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setup.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
