**Job Title**: Kitchen Stewarding (KST) Supervisor
**Department**: Food & Beverage / Kitchen Stewarding
**Location**: Kemps Corner, Mumbai
**Reports To**: Executive Chef / Stewarding Manager / F&B Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise stewarding staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all back-of-house F&B areas in compliance with hotel and safety standards.
- Ensure proper handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Oversee dishwashing operations and make sure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Coordinate with the culinary and service teams to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor breakages and inventory of stewarding supplies and report shortages.
- Train and guide stewarding team members on hygiene practices, equipment handling, and SOPs.
- Maintain records related to cleaning schedules, chemical usage, and team performance.
- Assist in waste management and eco-friendly practices within the stewarding operations.
- Enforce safety and sanitation regulations to prevent accidents and contamination.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in kitchen stewarding, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, safety standards, and food handling procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifts effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
