**Job Title: Female Jewellery Store Coordinator**

**Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad**

**CTC offered: Upto 5 Lacs P.A**

**Experience: 2-3 years (preferably in Luxury/Fashion/Jewellery industry)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Greets and interacts with customers
- Should provide detailed information about the products to the customers
- Should understand client needs
- Should resolve client queries via calls
- Making outbound calls to clients
- Maintain proper follow-ups with potential customers via calls
- Should coordinate with other teams
- Customer follow-up

Work closely with the owner to interact with her clients/vendors/ order follow ups/ inventory, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience from any luxury/ fashion retail industry who worked as Sales Coordinator, or Customer Care executive, or Guest relations etc.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in the jewellery industry is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
