We are looking for a dynamic & Expereinced professional to lead our daily operations, sales & marketing to work at our top notch jewellery store located at jubliee hills, hyderabad.

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
  • Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
  • Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
  • Oversee stock and store operations
  • maintain highest standards in presenting our store's exceptional jewellery products and drive positive customer expereince to highest level
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage store operations.

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' store management experience
  • Customer centric with a positive attitude
