Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, visual merchandising, and product presentation to enhance the luxury shopping environment.
  • Oversee daily operations, including stock management, inventory control, and store housekeeping.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized services and styling advice to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize store performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and customer focus.
  • Manage operational tasks like cash handling, billing, and reporting to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in footwear or apparel luxury retail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, footwear trends, and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and maintain a high-performance environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory and sales management systems.
