Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our jewellery retail operations in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in the jewellery industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, motivating the team, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the jewellery store to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs and guide the team to provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
  • Ensure the team stays updated on jewellery trends, designs, pricing, and inventory.
  • Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising as per brand standards.
  • Manage billing, tagging, packaging, and inventory control procedures.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with management on promotions, stock planning, and sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills of the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory role in jewellery retail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, trustworthy, and highly customer-focused.
  • In-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
  • Proficiency in team management, sales tracking, and store operations.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
