**Job Title**: Medical Store Assistant
**Location**: Alwal, Hyderabad
**Experience**: 1-2 years (in a similar or related role)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate information about medications and healthcare products.
- Accurately process prescriptions under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely removal of outdated medicines.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of medications.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash register, process payments, and manage billing and invoices.
- Provide support in maintaining medical records, sales data, and store documents.
- Assist in promoting health-related products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team and other staff to ensure smooth store operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a pharmacy, medical store, or related healthcare retail environment.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, prescription medications, and general healthcare items.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills for handling billing and inventory management software.
- Familiarity with handling prescriptions and understanding dosage requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in pharmacy or related field is a plus.
