**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record daily **inward and outward entries** of materials and supplies in Excel.
- Maintain and update **inventory databases** and **store registers** accurately.
- Support **system-based data entry** and ensure synchronization between physical and digital records.
- Prepare and maintain **stock reports, material issue slips**, and related documentation.
- Assist in **verifying invoices, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes)**, and other store-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, and R&D departments for material tracking and record verification.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with laboratory procedures.
- Support general administrative or system tasks as assigned by the department.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Post-Graduate degree in **Science, Commerce, or Computer Applications** (any discipline related to data or operations preferred).
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (data entry, formatting, formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- Basic understanding of **inventory or store management systems**.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to **ERP software** or any database management system.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with **MS Office tools** (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
