Store Assistant Incharge

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered.
- Issue stationery, teaching aids, uniforms, and other school-related supplies to staff and departments as per requisitions.
- Maintain stock registers (manual or digital) and update inventory regularly.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of stock and reconcile with records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and classification of materials for easy retrieval.
- Raise purchase requisitions as per stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly stock reports and submit to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely utilization or disposal of perishable or obsolete items.
- Coordinate with vendors for delivery and ensure compliance with purchase orders.
- Support in annual stock audit processes.
- Handle minor clerical and documentation work related to store functions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
