**Title**: Salesforce Administrator

**Location**:Remote in India

**Shift**: CST hours

**Role Description**:
The Salesforce Administrator will be a key member on our Revenue Operations team and will configure technical solutions for ShipBob's internal stakeholders. This role will be required to configure the solution on the Salesforce Platform as well as assist with scoping and documentation related activities.

**What you'll do**:

- Participate in technical design sessions and help develop solutions that align with our business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
- Leverage declarative Salesforce tools to build solutions that build toward our business needs.
- Create tests for and document the implementation of business solutions.

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- Strong communication abilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce best practices as well as knowing when to use declarative versus code solutions to achieve an objective.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Lightning Flow, etc.) as well as related best practices.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (strongly preferred).
