Position Summary

CIBT is looking for a proactive individual to fill the Salesforce Administrator role. This key team member will help continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. This individual should have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and stakeholders. They should enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions. The individual should be comfortable managing, supporting, and aiding in release management along with documentation upkeep. The individual will also assist in any additional functionalities to support and promote the growth of the Salesforce platform.

***This role will report to our Salesforce Senior Manager who is based in EST.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Design and validate data models on Salesforce.
- Maintain the system and resolve user problems in real time (e.g., breaks with reports, workflows, campaigns).
- Develop and maintain documentation relating to Salesforce implementation, release, and technical manuals.
- Interface with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and best practices through Trailheads, or other knowledge base resources, pursuing new certifications, and continually developing their technical capabilities.
- Lead data cleanliness efforts by establishing proper CRM architecture and process.
- Lead data cleanliness effort by leveraging automated tools to perform segmentation, enrichment, deduplication of current or prospective datasets.
- Be product level expert and aid in relating business needs with Salesforce functionalities to deliver efficient solutions.
- Develop and maintain data management reports/dashboards, including - but not limited to - object field management, sales scorecards, key business initiative related KPIs, etc.
- Liaison with Marketing in requests regarding Campaigns, Pardot/Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud and other lead gen needs.
- Any additional roles/responsibilities deemed necessary to perform the job.

**Qualifications and Background**
- 2-3+ year's Salesforce Admin Experience
- Expertise within object configuration, permission sets, profile management, formula fields and Flows.
- Salesforce Admin or Dev Certification is a plus.
- Functional familiarity with APEX is a plus.
- Proficiency with Data Loader and data management tools
- Proficiency with Salesforce security settings (incl. permissions, roles, profiles, sharing).
- Ability to own projects and perform detailed analysis of client business requirements.
- Strong Excel and data management proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with many aspects of the Salesforce platform, especially in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (previously pardot).
- Software development fundamentals (e.g., data structures, object-oriented programming, relational database design / patterns) are a plus.
