**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Prospect for and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
- **Client Meetings**: Conduct effective client meetings to understand their business needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
- **Proposals**: Develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our agency's capabilities and address client objectives.
- **Negotiations**: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to contribute to the growth of our agency.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 3 years (preferred)
