**Job Title: Purchase Executive (Civil)**

**Company: Road Shield Pvt. Ltd.**
**Location: Anand (with on-site travel across India)**
**Travel: Required as per project location**

**Role Overview**:

- Responsible for managing the day-to-day purchasing activities, sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to the project sites and factory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Procure materials and supplies as per project requirements and in alignment with budget constraints
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings
- Monitor the status of orders to ensure timely delivery to project sites and the factory
- Ensure the quality and specifications of the procured materials meet project standards
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and vendor communications
- Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to determine material needs
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers regarding deliveries or quality
- Prepare and submit periodic purchase reports to senior management

**Qualifications & Key Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management
- Proficiency in ERP & Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
