**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Purchase Executive** to manage procurement operations efficiently. The role involves vendor management, procurement planning, and ensuring the timely availability of quality materials to meet production and sales requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Vendor Management**
- Maintain an approved vendor list for raw materials, consumables, transporters, and pattern makers.
- Periodically evaluate and rate vendors based on quality, delivery, and cost performance.
- Identify, explore, and develop new vendors for improved quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.

**Procurement Operations**
- Plan purchases for raw materials and consumables based on inventory, consumption patterns, and sales orders.
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparison sheets from suppliers before placing orders.
- Prepare and send purchase orders with clear specifications, delivery timelines, and requirements.
- Ensure timely material delivery, including necessary inspection and test reports.

**Coordination & Communication**
- Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure materials meet specification requirements and customer needs.
- Notify relevant departments of delays or changes in material availability to adjust schedules accordingly.
- Support urgent customer or sales-driven rescheduling of material availability.

**Supplier Improvement**
- Take proactive steps to improve supplier performance for quality and delivery.
- Continuously assess the need for new suppliers to enhance cost, quality, or delivery timelines.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in inventory management software (preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and prepare purchase reports effectively.

**Experience**: Prior experience in purchasing or procurement is an added advantage.
