**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of selling our products/services.

Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication skills.

Handle customer queries, provide relevant information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Adhere to company scripts and guidelines to maintain a consistent sales approach.

Meet or exceed daily call volume expectations.

**Requirements**:

- No graduation required.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
