**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Application Processing**:

- Verify the authenticity of documents and information provided by applicants.
- Conduct interviews with applicants as necessary to assess eligibility.
- **Decision Making**:

- Provide clear and concise explanations for visa decisions to applicants.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Ensure the confidentiality and security of applicant information.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Stay updated on changes to immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and report any potential fraud or security concerns.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other team members, departments, and external agencies to ensure a seamless visa processing experience.
- Communicate effectively with applicants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders.
- **Training and Development**:

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of visa processing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in immigration, consular services, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency in using immigration and consular management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
