**About Edwings Overseas Educational Consultants Pvt. Ltd.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Liaison**: Maintain effective communication with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities to obtain updated information on visa procedures, requirements, and processing times.
- **Client Consultation**: Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to assess their eligibility for visas, offering personalized guidance and solutions to address any concerns or challenges.
- **Compliance**: Stay updated on changes in visa regulations, immigration policies, and related laws governing student visas in target countries, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including academic advisors, counselors, and administrative staff, to streamline processes and enhance the overall student experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Knowledge**: Thorough understanding of visa regulations, procedures, and requirements for various countries, particularly in the context of student visas.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including students, embassy officials, and internal teams.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex visa-related issues, employing creative problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- **Ethical Standards**: High ethical standards with a commitment to upholding integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions and transactions.
- **Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant visa processing software/tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
