**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end visa lodgement processes, including document verification and submission.
- Prepare clients for visa interviews through training and guidance.
- Draft and review SOPs, CVs, and cover letters for clients.
- Manage client interactions, providing personalized support throughout the visa process.
- Conduct thorough document verification to ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
- Manage a team of visa executives, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and procedures for New Zealand, Australia, and other European destinations to provide accurate advice to clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge of visa processes and immigration laws, particularly for New Zealand, Australia, and Europe.
- Excellent attention to detail and document management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in team management and collaboration with sales/admission teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant visa processing tools.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Minimum 1 Year experience in Team management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
