Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handle calls and Enquiries of customers

2. Use and maintain product list, price list, stock sheet as reference for attending customer Enquiries.

4. Follow up next day for important orders.

5. Take care of online account like Indiamart for attending leads.

Important Skills:
1. Oral Communication: Conviction and confidence in attending customers with patience and in professional manner (Language: English and Hindi)

3. Basic Software Knowledge like MS Office, PDF

1. Experience in the field of Chemicals.

2. Minimum experience of 3 years is a must.

3. Awareness and experience in using CRM.

Office: Shakti Nagar

Timings: 10.30a.m. to 7p.m.

Week off: Sunday

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
