**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in following up with internal teams, vendors, and clients on pending tasks
- Track and update daily task lists and reminders under the direction of the EA
- Maintain basic reports and summaries in Excel or Google Sheets
- Provide timely status updates on assigned follow-up items
- Support in managing communication, appointments, and scheduling
- Handle simple administrative support functions and ensure timelines are met
- **Graduate from any stream** (B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., etc.)
- **Freshers welcome**; 0-1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Should be honest, dependable, and career-focused
- Must live within 45 minutes of CBD Belapur
- Open to handling office-related and light personal tasks under guidance
