We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated **Tele Sales Executives** to join our growing team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, presenting our products and services, and generating qualified leads to support our sales team. Your role will be vital in helping us expand our customer base and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.
- Handle customer queries and objections confidently and professionally.
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in **tele sales** or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong **verbal communication skills** with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Basic understanding of **sales principles** and **customer service** practices.
- Proficiency in **CRM software** and **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle objections and work in a **fast-paced** environment.
- **Self-motivated** with a results-driven mindset and positive attitude.
- Minimum **high school diploma**; additional qualifications in **sales or marketing** are a plus.
