We are looking for a **Junior Purchase Executive** to support our procurement operations, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of materials and components required for production and site execution.

**Role Overview**

The Junior Purchase Executive will assist in **material procurement, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, and inventory follow-up**. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with materials commonly used in **interiors and furniture manufacturing**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **identifying and sourcing materials** such as hardware, laminates, veneers, metal, stone, glass, upholstery, lighting, and other interior components.
- Obtain **quotations from multiple vendors**, prepare comparison sheets, and negotiate for best pricing and delivery terms.
- Prepare **purchase orders (POs)** and ensure timely follow-up for material dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with the **design, production, and site teams** to understand material requirements and urgency.
- Maintain **purchase records, vendor database, and material tracking reports**.
- Inspect incoming materials for **quality, quantity, and compliance** with specifications.
- Support senior purchase team members in developing and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely documentation and coordination for **billing, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and payment follow-up**.
- Collaborate with the **stores and accounts departments** for smooth inward and payment processes.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in **Mechanical / Civil / Production / Interior Engineering** or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in procurement or purchase within the **interior, furniture, or construction industry** (freshers with internships can also apply).
- Good understanding of **raw materials, finishes, and fittings** used in high-end interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of **MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems (ERPNext preferred)**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
