Responsibilities - Performing the Accounts Payable function within our various accounting systems - They will co-ordinate the receipt and payment of all invoices within these companies to ensure correct sign-off and prompt payment - They will be the main point of contact for all internal and external invoice queries and will be required to perform weekly payment runs - Assisting with preparation of the daily reconciliations - Bank reconciliations - Client Money reconciliations - IB and commissions reconciliations - Responding to Ad-Hoc business requests - Due to the dynamic nature of the business, Finance receives many ad-hoc requests role and business to adequately deal with these requests - Training & TCF - Ensure compliance online courses are kept up to date and to maintain awareness with industry news and developments Skills & Qualifications Required - GCSE’s - grade B and above including Mathematics & English - A Levels - preferably including Mathematics/Business - A good understanding of Microsoft Excel - Office experience is not essential but beneficial **Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Food provided - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Morning shift - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - total work: 2 years (required) - Health insurance
