**Project Finance Assistant**:

- Finalize Project Accounting Methodology and Fund planning & raising methodology
- Ensure timely availability of funds for the Project
- CMA and FFR working and analysis
- Prepare project profile and project reports
- Keep abreast of latest trends and developments in F & A, Taxation and also related to Real Estate Industry
- Compliance with Tax and other applicable laws
- Review miscellaneous analysis reports related to respective businesses
- Provide benchmarking info and facilitate adoption of best practices.
