Accounts Executive

**Job Overview**:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibilities include data entry, monitoring, maintaining, and executing algorithm-based trading activities related to stocks and securities. Previous knowledge of stocks and securities trading is NOT required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

As an integral member of our small team, we will look to you for innovative ideas and suggestions to contribute to the enhancement of overall processes and systems. Your creativity and insights will play a crucial role in shaping and improving our operational efficiency. The day to day job entails:

- **Trade Executions and Data Entry**:

- Monitor and execute algorithm-based trading activities related to stocks and securities.
- Accurate and timely data entry into our systems.
- **Bookkeeping and Journal Entries**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and record journal entries to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- **Taxation and Audit Support**:

- Assist in preparing data for taxation purposes.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Keen interest in working in a FinTech focused on algorithm-based trading (no prior knowledge of stocks/securities required).
- Expertise in Tally software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Enthusiastic about learning and personal/professional growth.
