**Job Description: Accounts Executive (Female)**

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Accounting

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting and Tally Entries.
- Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
- Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
- Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
- Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing
- Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
- Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
- Coordination with the Chennai team
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support the finance team with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Working experience of 2 years as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- M.Com, B.Com
- Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 & MS Office.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skill.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Prabhadevi, Mumbai

**Key Skills**:
MS-Office, Tally ERP9, Advance excel, General Accounting, Typing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
