Job Description: Accounts Executive (Female)

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Accounting

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in basic Tally entries and banking tasks such as cheque preparation. Additionally, she should be able to prepare basic MIS reports summarizing her work.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting and Tally Entries.

· Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.

· Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.

· Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors

· Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing

· Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments

· Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS

· Coordination with the Chennai team

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

· Support the finance team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements and skills:

  • Preferably female candidate.
  • Working experience of 2 years as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
  • M.Com, B.Com
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 & MS Office.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skill.
  • Must be located in or willing to commute to Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Key Skills:

MS-Office, Tally ERP9, Advance excel, General Accounting, Typing.
