**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group counselling to students dealing with emotional, social, behavioural, or academic challenges
- Identify students requiring psychological support and develop appropriate intervention strategies
- Conduct regular mental health awareness sessions and life skills workshops
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to address student concerns
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of all counselling sessions
- Provide crisis intervention when needed and refer students to external professionals where appropriate
- Support the implementation of school-wide well-being initiatives

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Psychology**, Counselling Psychology, or a related discipline
- Prior experience working with school-age children or adolescents (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep understanding of child and adolescent development
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families in a multicultural school setting
- Knowledge of ethical and professional standards in counselling
- Proficiency in spoken and written English

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
