**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling & Course Promotion**:

- Conduct telephonic counseling sessions to understand student needs and provide guidance on suitable UG/PG courses.
- Explain course features, benefits, fee structure, and admission process effectively.
- **Lead Management**:

- Call and convert leads provided through digital campaigns, website inquiries, or partner channels.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Achieve or exceed monthly sales and admission targets set by the management.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential enrollments.
- **Admission Process Handling**:

- Coordinate with backend teams for smooth onboarding.
- **CRM & Reporting**:

- Maintain and update daily activities, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Share daily and weekly reports on leads conversion and progress.
- **Market Understanding**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in education, competitor offerings, and student preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team for optimizing campaigns.
- **Communication & Relationship Building**:

- Build rapport with students and parents to foster trust and long-term engagement.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to all student queries.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
