**Must Have**:
Bachelor or Master degree in any field, however preference will be Business Administration or Computer Application.

Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, MS Office and other relevant tools.

Proven experience (2+) as a Customer Service Representative/Executive or in a similar role.

Strong in communication (verbal and written both).

Excellent presentation skill.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong ability to work as a team and open to learn.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, comments, and complaints, and able to present them in to reports/dashboards.

Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer fulfillment.

**Good to have**:
MS Power BI Interactive Reporting.
