1. Analyse Client Compliance Related Requirements. Design Compliance Related Policies and Procedures. Review Social & Technical Impact Assessments for all New Projects to ensure the Client’s meet all the Compliance Requirements of the International Standards; and Plan and Perform Sustainability Compliance Assessments.

2. Project Implementation and Compliance Maintenance for various Technical & Social Management Systems.

3. Compliance Related Documentation Preparation and Infrastructural Upgradation.

4. Liaison with Client Vendors for execution of Compliance related Requirements at the Client’s Facility. Training & Capacity Building of Client Representatives on various Social & Technical Management Systems.

5. Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout and ensure that the Owner’s expectations, budgetary and profitability objectives are exceeded.

6. Ensure that the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to Project Managers and Superintendents from Pre-commences in the field.

7. Ensuring if everything is working in a perfect manner.

8. Using technology to keep the company updated behind the curtains.

Must Have Qualifications:
1. B.Sc. degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics or related fields.

2. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, i.e., advance excel, word, etc.

3. Excellent leadership, managerial and mentoring skills

4. Disciplined, responsible personality with attention to detail.

5. Professional demeanour and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.

6. High energy level and strong work ethic.

7. Possess initiative and strong customer service focus (both internally and externally).

8. Excellent organizational and business management skills.

9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

10. Ability to prioritize.

11. Strong written and oral communication skills.
