Job Location - Kolkata (Ruby)

Position Title: Service Trainer

Department: Service and Training

Reportsto: Service Manager/ Training Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Position #Overview

Key #Responsibilities

Training #Program #Development

Design and develop comprehensive training programs for service staff. Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.Stay updated on the latest service techniques and Toyota standards.

Training #Delivery

Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.

Use various training methods to cater to different learning styles.Provide hands-on training in diagnostic, repair, and maintenance procedures.

Assessment and #Evaluation:
Assess trainees' performance through tests, observations, and feedback.

Identify skill gaps and provide additional training as needed.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.

Collaboration:
Work closely with service managers to identify training needs.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent approach to training.Support the implementation of new service technologies and processes.

Documentation and #Reporting

Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress. Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and recommendations.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Education, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

Proven experience as a service trainer or in a similar role within the automotive industry.Extensive knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures.

Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to motivate and engage trainees.

Licenses/#Certifications:

- ASE Certification (preferred).
- Valid driver’s licence
